Busy babe breakfast. This time of yr all of us appear to be buried in work, faculty, and all the opposite actions that construct up in fall.
Once I was going to high school and dealing full-time I NEVER ate breakfast. I assumed I used to be technique to busy to cope with it and had no thought there have been so many EASY methods to make it to go. So, now that I’m method smarter ?and notice what a huge effect meals has on our power, I needed to share an excellent easy recipe I do know you’ll love!
Components:
- ⅓ cup of chia seeds
- 1 ½ apples
- ⅓ cup of unsweetened shredded coconut
- ⅔ cup of almond milk
- 3 tablespoons of hazelnuts (yum!)
- 2/3 cup vanilla yogurt
Instructions:
The first step:
Combine the chia seeds with ⅔ cup of water in a small bowl. Set it apart.
Step two:
Grate the apples right into a medium bowl with the most important holes in your field grater. Combine the shredded coconut and almond milk into the bowl.
Step three:
Coarsely chop the hazelnuts.. Add them to the bowl.
Step 4:
Add the chia seeds to the principle bowl and blend all of it up and luxuriate in.
